Body Massage – Manchester – Fully Accredited by The Guild

A rejuvenating, deep massage that increases the oxygen in the blood and release toxins such as tactic acid from the muscles, it stimulates and renews the skin reducing cellulite and improves lymphatic drainage. The treatment shortens recovery time from muscular strain and athletic injury and also has the ability to reduce stress, depression, anxiety and is extremely relaxing.

Performing a Swedish Body Massage treatment will teach you everything you need to know about offering a professional full body massage and includes a practical training session and assessment.

Along with the Buddha Therapies Academy teachings, experience and full manual, This GTi Body Massage course follows the National Occupational Standards and covers reception, consultation. It also covers anatomy and physiology, contra-indications and contra-actions, skin conditions, preparing for treatment, massage techniques and a full body massage routine.

This Body Massage course includes the GTi Professional Standards course, usually priced at £49 + VAT, for all students who have not completed this course and is accredited by the Guild of Beauty Therapists.

On completion of the theory and practical course, successful students will receive a Body Massage certificate trained at Buddha Therapies Academy.
