This training course delivers Eastern and Western explanations into the Anatomy and Physiology of the Lymphatic System, giving a different insight into health, and why an MLD is important for organ health for all the systems and its connections, techniques on how to move unwanted accumulated fluid with specialised massage using your hands & forearms, the possible causes, contra-indications, contra-actions, history, advice on how to help it disperse and lifestyle Improvements for optimal health plus Information on using skincare products that are chemical free with their benefits eliminating chemicals, and how it works through the skin, cardiovascular, respiratory, venous and lymphatic system, filtering with the fluid through the 600-700 Lymph nodes of the body and back into the blood stream.
