Indian Head Massage is an Ayurvedic, Ancient therapy, that has been used for cleansing, relaxation and medical purposes for thousands of years. We will deliver techniques for back, shoulder, upper arm, neck, scalp and face massage using natural, plant based oils by Buddha Balm. It also includes the theory and history of the treatment, principles of ayurveda, meridian points and chakras. We include resources with diagrams and theory online modules, Reception, consultation and aftercare guidance is covered as well as contra-indications. Photographs and images ensure this course is both engaging and informative. The course is beautifully written and upon completion of the online theory modules, you receive a PDF manual for reference, and a full manual from Buddha Therapies Academy / Arden Therapies with a step by step diagram routine.
