Face Taping 

What will this event cover? – Dr Jong Baik shares his exceptional knowledge and clinical practice of Taping with a focus on Taping the face, neck, and shoulders in this 1-day special event.

This event will introduce therapists to a powerful non-invasive facial revitalisation technique. Facial muscles are oxygenated, the skin received vital nutrients and lymph flows smoothly through the application of clinical tape to specific facial, neck, and shoulder areas. The tape is applied and left overnight to help muscles relax and reduce puffiness and soften facial lines. Tape can also be applied to the face to treat common illnesses.

This event will cover: An introduction to Facial Taping, Benefits of Facial Taping, Precautions and contraindications, An introduction to the face, neck, and shoulder muscles, Important face, neck, and shoulder acupuncture and trigger points, Various cosmetic treatment protocols including wrinkles, jowls, lips, sagging, puffiness, and eyelid swelling, Various common illness treatment protocols including Bell’s Palsy, Facial nerve palsy, Facial swelling, and Facial paralysis.

It is a practice-focused event with numerous practical sessions and demonstrations. The aim of this event is not to cover extensive theory but to enable the practitioner to leave with a range of skills they can put immediately into practice in their own clinic.

A roll of tape is in included in the booking price enabling the therapist to practice during the event, more tape will be available to purchase if necessary.
