Dry / Fire Cupping Therapy has been utilised for centuries for many healing properties including sports injuries, spinal problems, detoxification, cellulite, organ weakness, abdominal conditions plus much more. Oils are massaged into the skin and glass or plastic cups are applied to the body or face and moved either on meridian (energy) points, to produce a deeply healing and stimulating drawing massage. The suction and warmth has a dramatic effect on muscles, nerves and joints by moving blood and lymph, lifting the skin and helping fluid to flow.

This workshop will provide you with information on its history, treatment on the body using acupressure points or cups. The importance and connection of Eastern and Western Anatomy, where and when to apply the cups and WHY?. Who you can treat safely including contra-indications, contra-actions, what symptoms or conditions this therapy will benefit, methods of use including                 protocol, health and safety and etiquette and vital information on its connection with wellbeing, nutrition, energy, meridians, aromatherapy oil.
