Terms and Conditions

Copyright: Buddha Therapies Academy reserves the copyright for manuals supplied during and after training. These must not be copied or used in any way.


Deposits: Are non-refundable and are to be paid via bank transfer to Buddha Therapies Academy account. The balance is to be paid at least 2 weeks before the start of the course either in cash or bank transfer, if the balance is not paid this will result in your place on the course being cancelled.


Course cancellation: If you cancel your course less than 14 days before the course date, you will lose your deposit and balance payment. For a genuine reason then you may be transferred to a later course.


Failure to attend a course: If you fail to attend a course without a genuine reason your full course fee will be lost. A doctor's letter or copy of a sick note will be required if sickness is the reason for non-attendance.


Change of date: With notice (eg no later than 14 days before the course date), we may need to change the date of a course. All courses must be taken within 6 months of the booking fee being paid. Any longer delay in taking the courses will result in the course fee being lost.


Assessments: Our students will hopefully pass their course on the day, However, we may feel that the student needs more training. If this situation arises, students will need to return for extra practice of a treatment/routine or re-assessment. An extra charge may be made for this.


Insurance: It is the student's responsibility to check with their own insurance provider that they will recognise our courses for insurance purposes. All our courses are accredited by the Beauty Guild and The Acupuncture Society who offer full insurance cover for all your qualifications.


One to one training can be taken but will be at an extra charge.


Lost items: Buddha Therapies Academy takes no responsibilities for any valuables or possessions or vehicles during your course on and off the premises.
